WALLPAPER* HANDMADE AND THE LANDSCAPE DIYPITCH II TRAVEL TO NEW YORK

Following Salone del Mobile, Landscape Diyptych II will be traveling to New York as part of the award-winning Wallpaper* Handmade Exhibition during the International Contemporary Furniture Fair.

The exhibition will open on the Friday 16th May and remain open to the public daily until Saturday 31st May (opening hours are Sunday-Wednesday; 11am-7pm, Thursday-Saturday; 11am-8pm).

Located in New York’s meatpacking district the Wallpaper* Handmade exhibition will be shown in a newly refurbished condo development from DDG.

Inspired by Jaguar and designed for the 2014 Wallpaper* Handmade exhibition, the Landscape ll Diptych is an interpretation of abstract lines and beautifully-scaled proportions based on Fredrikson Stallard’s experience with the Jaguar F-Type. Positioned side by side the Landscape II Diptych interconnects its two individual pieces to establish a seemingly monolithic landscape, which conceptually makes a statement about the relationship between man, car and the surrounding landscape.
