Fredrikson Stallard’s Rubber side table and Consequence candle holders are currently featured in the Intersection exhibition in Madrid until the 28th of July. The exhibition is a collaboration between two galleries: Machado-Muñoz and Parra & Romero.  ‘Intersection’ brings the two galleries together and meets at a point where Art and Design come together in order to propose a juxtaposition that defies tradition in a black and white space in which the visual, functional, architectural and sound elements converge to tell a story.

With Artwork and Design by Stéphane Dafflon, Philippe Decrauzat, Álvaro Catalán de Ocón, Martina Klein & Stefan Brüggemann, Intersection puts together a story where artwork is displayed camouflaged as common objects and vice versa thus presenting us with the instances where difficulties and contradictions become involved in order to establish definitions and taxonomies within both fields of Art and Design.
