RUG#1 (black urethane) is constructed in a strictly controlled process to create an illusion of an incidental oil slick, possibly the last thing you would choose to put on your floor. The meaning of beauty is again crucified and in this case literary laid bare. Cultural traditions and conventions are agitated with aesthetics of industry with an aim to erase the superfluous.
