Fredrikson Stallard’s Pantheon is a baroque minimalist piece. A simple shape formed from a solid metal block, the front surface is flat and perfectly mirror polished. The surface seamlessly curves over the edges reflecting the room in an abstract way and creating it’s own baroque frame with these reflections.
Each mirror has a cut section revealing an inner surface which is encrusted with intense pigments that have been prepared by the artists by hand, giving a rich, voluptuous inner depth to each piece.
