Leading the way to Aurora are abstract figures that began their existence as small clay sculptures. Now enlarged and still bearing the marks of their maker’s hand, they lend a heartwarming touch of human presence to this awe-inspiring, polar environment.

Aurora is a specially commissioned immersive experience by artists Fredrikson Stallard. An interpretation of the natural light phenomenon aurora borealis (also known as the northern lights), Aurora provides a unique sensory journey through other-worldly glacial terrains. Guests will encounter colossal sentinel sculptures before stepping into an immersive digital display of 1,600 individual lights, reflected by infinity mirrors as they dance in mimicry of the real-life aurora borealis. Meditative sound waves resound among enigmatic white marble figures and mountainous formations akin to a landscape of crystalline ice.

Completing this experience is one final glistening mountain covered with rich red interpretations of the miraculous Saxifraga oppositifolia flower, which quietly emerge from the Arctic ice. Guests are invited to take a seat and contemplate, as though they have reached the summit.
